HEALTH AND FITNESS PERIOD 1 2011-12
PROJECT DUE TUESDAY MAY 1st!!!

All missing work needs to be in by Friday 4/20 for a grade. Mr. Chandler will be back after vacation and not accepting late work from while he was out.

4/12 Complete OTC Medications if not finished during class
4/10 Drug Research Worksheet to be turned in next class
4/4 Took written First Aid. Rest of class was a gym day. Start ATOD on Friday.
4/2 Took AED written test. First Aid test on Wednesday.
Finishing up CPR. AED Written Test on monday. Moving into First Aid unit next week.
3/27 – Took Infant CPR Skills Test and Written Test today.
The past two weeks have been focused on a CPR unit. A skills test and written assessment is upcoming on Friday 3/23.
END OF MARCH THRU APRIL VACATION–CLASSES WILL E DOING A COMBINED DRUG UNIT IN HEALTH ALONG WITH A ORIENTEERING AND CREATE-A GAME UNIT FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION. MONDAY/TUESDAY CLASSES WILL BE PE, WEDNESDAY WILL BE BOTH, THURSDAY/FRIDAY WILL BE HEALTH.
3/12 ALL CLASSES WILL FOCUSED ON CPR AND FIRST AID TRAINING. CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THE GYM UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
3/7/-3/9/12– PE ACTIVITY, BE PREPARED FOR SOMETHING ACTIVE.
